This site describes our services and lets you get in touch. Everything on it — including descriptions of our plans, timelines and deliverables — is provided for information and is not a binding offer. Scope, pricing and terms for any engagement are agreed separately in writing.

Where we describe work for doctors, responsibility for the accuracy of medical or clinical claims in published content rests with the medical professional who approves it. Every piece of content we produce is reviewed and approved by the client before publication.

Doctors and clinics in India are subject to professional conduct rules regarding advertising and public communication. Clients remain responsible for ensuring that content published under their name complies with the rules applicable to their registration and specialty.

We work in good faith to help clients stay within those norms, but we do not provide legal or regulatory advice and we give no guarantee of regulatory compliance.

5. No guarantee of results

We do not promise patient numbers, enquiry volumes, rankings, follower counts or business outcomes. Reputation builds over time and depends on many factors outside our control. Any figures shown on this site are illustrative examples, not projections or commitments.

6. Intellectual property

Our material

The design, text, layout, graphics and code of this website belong to Cognibee Media Private Limited or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, republish or reuse substantial parts of it without our written permission.

Client work

Ownership of content we produce for clients is set out in the engagement agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, on full payment the client owns the finished deliverables, and we retain the right to show the work in our portfolio.

Third-party names

Names, handles and marks belonging to others are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners.

7. Links to other sites

This site links to external pages, including social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
