Cognibee Media Private Limited is a company registered in India, operating the brand Content Monk from Hyderabad, India. We provide brand, content and reputation services to doctors and clinics.

2. What we collect
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or reach out on social media, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, phone number, email address, specialty, clinic name and the content of your message.
When you become a client
To deliver our services we may hold billing and GST details, professional registration details, contact information for your team, and the content and materials you share with us for production.
When you visit this website
This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics profiling. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify you.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect patient data, medical records, or any clinical information about your patients.
- We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
- We do not buy contact lists or scrape personal data.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an assessment call.
- To deliver the services you have engaged us for — planning, producing and publishing content.
- To invoice you and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep you informed about your engagement. We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, or because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, or to comply with Indian law.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. Ever. We share it only where necessary:
- Service providers who help us operate — for example email, cloud storage, messaging, scheduling and accounting tools. They may process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it.
- Publishing platforms where we publish content on your behalf, and only with your approval.
- Professional advisers such as our accountants or lawyers, where required.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
Some of these providers may store data outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected to a comparable standard.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records and produced materials are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required afterwards for tax, legal and portfolio purposes — typically eight years for financial records, as Indian law requires.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Erase your data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
- Complain to us, and to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

7. Keeping it safe
We use access-controlled accounts, encrypted storage and reputable service providers, and we limit access to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will notify you and the relevant authority promptly if a breach affects your data.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell clients directly.
